Victorian Specialist Centre

"Reflecting the leafy surrounds and suburban landscape of Lower Templestowe, the Victorian Specialist Centre is a project immersed in a landscaped environment."

Located along Manningham Road, the medical centre has two storeys of consulting suites, a Day Hospital, Gym Therapy room and two levels of basement car park.  The environmentally sustainable facility is also complimented by an ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) skylight and a living Ficus Hillii tree at the centre of the Atrium.

Hagta Group provided cost planning, oversaw the design and constructed this state-of-the art facility to bring to life, the vision of “a modern and harmonious environment housing a community of respected health professionals."
