The Fern Hampton Park

Situated in Hampton Park is The Fern, a purpose-built Early Learning Centre positioned to capture the demand for childcare within a residential catchment.  DCA designed the new facilities to accommodate for 132 children and devised a layout that makes the transition between the playground space and classrooms seamless.  The selection of vertical timber cladding and the abundance of natural daylight within the building interior brings visual connectivity to the outdoors.

Hagta Group was involved in the early stages of this development and provided cost planning, value management strategies and buildability recommendations.
