The Fern Hampton Park

Located in Hampton Park, The Fern is a purpose-built Early Learning Centre designed to meet the growing demand for childcare within the local residential community. DCA created facilities to accommodate 132 children, with a layout that ensures a seamless transition between playground areas and classrooms. The use of vertical timber cladding and ample natural daylight throughout the interior enhances visual connectivity with the outdoors.

HAGTA Group contributed from the early stages of the project, providing cost planning, value management strategies, and buildability recommendations to support the successful delivery of the centre.
