Khatchkar Monument

Echoing with Armenian culture and steep in tradition, stands a beautiful Khatchkar (stone cross monument) adjacent the St. Mary’s Armenian Apostolic Church in Surrey Hills, Victoria.  This hand carved stone monument from Armenia was kind a gift to the Armenian Church to provide the exterior of the church an Armenian feature.  

In support of the community, Hagta Group volunteered our services to erect the Khatchkar with the assistance of representatives from the Armenian church and committee members.
