OUR STORY
John and Le are founders of Hagta Group in 2017 and having both been in the construction industry over 25 years on commercial projects. Both directors have a great passion for construction and are driven by delivering projects of vision while building client relationships that go beyond one-time projects.
John Hagopian – Director
John has worked in the construction industry since 1988, having developed a wealth of practical and professional experience in all facets of the property and construction markets including design development, cost planning, construction and project management and principal building works. John thrives on new challenges and has thorough understanding of the demands of the property development with a particular strength in successful project delivery.
A mainstay of John's career has been his ability to work closely with designers to enhance the potential of any project whilst maintaining a practical approach. His project experience includes large scale retail and commercial projects, residential developments, education, healthcare, retail, industrial and master planning.
Le Hy Ta – Director
With over 25 years of construction experience, Le brings a steady and well considered approach to all project issues. He has excellent management skills and a strong focus towards client satisfaction, which he achieves through maintaining good relationships with his peers and bringing the team together towards successful outcomes.
Le is an AIB National Award recipient and has extensive experience in Design and Construct and Construction Management delivery methods having dealt directly with government departments, commercial and residential developers, and healthcare providers.
Darren House – HSE Supervisor
Darren has been involved within the construction industry for over 15 years and began his career ‘hands on’ before becoming the HSE Supervisor. He is an integral part of the project team providing a strong emphasis to safety and ensuring a high level of safety monitoring and compliance. Darren brings leadership qualities to the workplace having taken interest in creating, implementing and reviewing policies and programs to advocate the environmental and occupational well-being of staff and co-workers.
